Step 1.

TERM

The consignor agrees to leave his/her merchandise with SHOEBAGCARE for a minimum of 90 days. If a Consignor decides to terminate agreement early, there will be a RM80 handling fee to be charged per item.

PROCESS
Upon receipt, SHOEBAGCARE will take all necessary steps to sell your merchandise. Your merchandise will be dispayed prominently at SHOEBAGCARE outlet at Warisan Square Shopping Mall throughout the period of consignment. In addition, merchandise will be listed on shoebagcare.com and various top online sellng marketplaces for maximum exposure.

LISTING PRICES AND BEST EFFORT
SHOEBAGCARE will determine selling prices based on extensive market research and comparable of current and historical prices of merchandise in term of brand, condition and style. SHOEBAGCARE will make every attempt to obtain the best possible price for the consigned merchandise and reserve a minimum floor price to ensure merchandise will not sell below reasonble market value. If a specific minimum reserve price is required, Consignor can state the requested reserve price upon consigning.

AUTHENTICITY
Consignor attests to the authenticity of all agreed upon items. Items deemed to be couterfeits will either be returned to Consignor for a RM200 authentication and handling fees, or discarded.

PAYMENT
Upon completion of a sale, SHOEBAGCARE shall forward a cheque for the amount of the full purchase price less than the aforementioned fee to the Consignor within 14 days of the receipt of same. SHOEBAGCARE will provide the Consignor with detailed invoicing of all associated fees and records pertaining to the Consignor account.

LOSS OR DAMAGE/ INSURANCE
SHOEBAGCARE has maintained insurance for theft and damage, thus, all consigned merchandises will be fully covered by SHOEBAGCARE within the consignment period.

COMMISSION
SHOEBAGCARE is entitled to retain a portion of purchase price based on the set tier consignment rate as below:-
30% portion of item priced below RM50025% portion of item priced RM500 - RM100020% portion of item priced RM1000 - RM150015% portion of item priced RM1500 - RM200010% portion of item priced above RM2000
