Mail-To-Us

If you do not live within our service area - Kota Kinabalu, you can entrust us by using our Mail-To-Us service and despatch your article(s) to us. However, we strongly encourage you to use a reputable courier and have insurance covered for your article(s) before despatching to us as we DO NOT responsible for any damage or loss in shipping. After we receive your article(s), we will review it and call you back within 1-2 working days. A detailed explanation on how we work on your articles, outcome and service charges will be informed via tele-communication. Once we get your confirmation and receive payment from you, we will then get started on the cleaning and refurbishment processes.

In the event if you choose not to accept our quote, your article(s) will be return to you subject to shipping and insurance charges. Alternatively, you can request an e-Quotation from us.

Kindly download and print out the Mail-To-Us Service Form and complete all the necessary information then include it in the parcel and despatch to the below address. Do note that each item requires one form, thus, please submit the form according to the number of items you want us to service for you.
